What we collect
When you send an inquiry we receive your name, company, email, phone number, city, the products you choose, your message and any file you attach.
Why we use it
Only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders you place with us. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Our staff, and suppliers only where needed to source and quote the item you asked for, for example sharing a part drawing without your personal contact details. Your inquiry reaches us by email through the companies that run our website and mail: Cloudflare (website hosting and the check that stops spam bots), Resend (sends the form to us) and Zoho (our mailbox).
How long we keep it
We keep your details for 3 years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing info@kuthbandunes.com.
